Rick Warren takes a summer job as a children's camp counselor with the knowledge that the owners also hope to sell at the end of the season. Enter fairy princess, Summer, the owner's daughter. She has expected to run the camp for her parents, but only gets a counselor job at the last minute because someone backed out. She knows the kids need freedom to nurture their hearts. Rick thinks discipline is more important.

I liked the story - of course, I am prejudice, I live near Paducah Kentucky and Benton, and Kentucky Lake!
I like that there is more to the story than romance.

I'm an introvert by nature, so how I ended up being a writer whose success is measured in the public arena, I'm not quite sure.
Maybe it has something to do with being born and raised in Kentucky, but moving north as an adult where life is a daily struggle of trying to convince my neighbors that grits and cornbread don't need sugar but iced tea does, moonshine can be enjoyed by women without any f
