While individual scenes are well-written, the underlying conceit of the whole play would seem almost impossible to stage (i.e., the play as performed is meant to be a play that protagonist Kate is writing, and scenes take place both currently in London, in an imagined recent past in Scotland, in her 'memory' and in 'edited' versions of the above - but these bump against each other so rapidly and without apparent transition that I doubt the audience can catch exactly what is happening).
