Very good book. Violet is in Eden Falls to film a movie involving the Amish. She is walking with a young Amish girl when they are attacked and the girl is kidnapped. Violet sees the face of one of the men before she is stabbed and left for dead. Gunnar has taken up residence in his cabin on the ranch as he is trying to beat the memories of his last mission in Afghanistan. The family decides that his cabin is the best place to hide Violet and her twin boys. Gunnar has no experience with children...more
Good story. I liked how the two main characters come from a very different background. Violet is an actress who loves what she does and has big goals of continuing to do so and winning awards along the way. She is a great mother who keeps her twins with her. She is at the Colton Ranch to film a movie for which she stays at an Amish family’s house to learn about their ways of life. I enjoyed this story. It is the second book in "The Coltons of Eden Falls" series, published by Harlequin Romantic Suspense. While each book in the series has its own story, the overall series continues in each subsequent book. (There are 4 books in the series.) I am enjoying the series, and looking forward to reading the next 2 books.
