A good encouragement to savour and reflect on the changes in our lives. Ultimately there are no formulaic methods to coping - we are all so different that we have to make are our own journey. I wasn't wildly keen on the shamanistic ritual aspects but some of the self-questions were provocative and there were some insightful passages.
