Some things are obvious - once someone who is paying attention points them out to us. So it is with the need to listen to our customers. Chuck Wall makes a compelling case for listening and responding to what our customers are telling us. Any company that wants to remain relevant, competitive and effective over the long term had better heed this call. I particularly appreciated the chapter on the Power of Purpose.
