I had a feeling I'd enjoy this book when I saw the heading, "Don't Play Nice with This Book" in the introduction. Good humor makes tough medicine go down more easily. But the real surprise was how readable Brian Klapper has made his theories. And he tells compelling stories about how some very well known companies have used his methods to great effect, I'm a big fan of employee engagement and have always believed that when you give everyone in an organization a chance to share their insights and ...more
