This was more interesting than I expected.

It is a series of interviews with the guys who wrote/drew "Fantastic Four" from its origina to 2005.

Former Marvel editor-in-chief and 'Fantastic Four’ writer Tom DeFalco interviews many of the writers and artists who have worked on the FF comic over the years. Interesting stuff, has some good insights on what’s made the property so successful. Too bad there’s not a 'vintage’ interview with Kirby to get his thoughts, but maybe that’s another book.

Very interesting stuff. Nicely put together, really good stuff. Bout I would have liked to read more about conflicts between editors and creative people or something like that. Just like with memoirs, those are the most interesting stuff.

I found this treasure in the bargain section of Books-A-Million while we were in Knoxville last weekend. Some great personal stories and background information from writers and artists who worked on the Fantastic Four comic book.

Wanted to just read the Stan Lee, John Byrne, and Walt Simonson interviews, but DeFalco does such a good job I ended up checking out some of the other ones as well.
