I received this book via Goodreads First Reads.

This is a very nice book with some quite good poetry. Not all poems are equally strong (some are much better), but it's a great (and quick!) read. I liked the book. I enjoy poetry and have written many myself so I could appreciate the passion Carl has for this medium. It did not take me long to get through the collection and there was a great ease readability and comprehension. I liked the mention of God in many of the poems and the sum

I received this book as a Goodreads giveaway.

This is a wonderful book of personal poetry, and the kindness of the author shines through on every page. I may be a little bias because he was the only giveaway author to contact me, say hello, and send tracking information. Really, that made reading his work even better.

This collection of poems is full of feeling, mostly positive feelings. Feelings of friendship, of love, and a celebration of life and faith. Reading this collection left me feeling u

Carl McKever wants to humbly and sincerely apologize to offended readers and fans in 2015 and past years. His objective, as a Christian poet and writer, for the new year is to draw close to God and allow God's teaching to lead him down a path of righteous living and holiness. McKever has written and said many things, he has exposed his heart to the public, and he has inspired many. It's not about ...more
