This slim little book can literally change your life in the short time it takes to read and absorb. I was fortunate enough to receive a galley copy of “Break Your Addiction to Conflict” prior to publication. It was my aim to read it and pass it on to one of my adult children who seems to often be mired in one conflict or another. From the very first paragraph I realized that I needed it as well.

The biggest challenge in life is life itself.
Do we know what drives our behaviour? Do you know that a lot more focus is required to complete average daily task? How often do we continue to cling to mental struggles? "Break Your Addiction to Conflict" is a wonderful book to help the reader explore the opportunities to overcome negative situations that many find within their life from time to time. Author Nathan J. Snow does a wonderful job of giving the reader twelve tools to quiet the mind and move forward from their present conflict.
