And the Beast, Story Three

After three years at war, the First Warlord of the Forest alone faces the newly won peace with trepidation--a curse ensures the wolves of Farran’s family line are fit only for violence. Denied an enemy, he would prefer to return to his remote keep alone and turn that inevitable rage inward. Unfortunately, there’s the small matter of the bride he t

I liked this book, just like the first two. My only real complaint was the length of the story.

There is supposed to be a fourth book (Malrion from book 2) and I emailed the Author(s) and asked
if / when it would be released.
The autohr's response:
"We're still working on getting all of our books republished and available again, but I hope that we will have a chance to write Shira's story some day! "_ 2/12/2016

I will read the fourth book and review it when / if it is available.

LOVED this one, possibly more than I did Kisri and Sabine (but truthfully I'd have to go back and re-read them to be sure). Ilora was wonderfully feisty, and Farran was just delicious.

Full review to follow shortly, 4.5/5 stars.

When the series started, First Warlord of the Forest Farran took Iloria as his wife after the High Lord (of the wolves) chose another as his mate. Farran stepped in during Iloria's time of need and now regrets that he's doomed the gently breed female to a miserable life with a husband who is cursed. Iloria was trained to be a good wife but she's growing more and more frustrated at the distance her husband puts between them. When an opportunity arises to for her to leave and find a more fitting m ...more

I'm glad to see that Rogers decided to show what happened to Iloria after we saw her in Sabine. At the end of Sabine, we see Farran, the High Lord's first Battle Lord, give Iloria the option of marrying him. The beginning of this book takes place almost immediately after she accepts his offer. Farran has mixed feelings about his impulsive decision to marry Iloria because he fears he might be placing her in danger due to a long standing family curse. The curse is really played up here and honestl ...more

After being cast aside by her fiance in Sabine, Iloria married a stranger and has traveled with him to his lands. Farren is starting to regret his impulsive decision to marry Iloria. With the curse hanging over his head, his life is no place for an innocent like Iloria. She must prove to him that she can handle his beast and by his side is where she belongs.

Iloria showing Farren what her seduction tutor taught her led to some very sexy scenes and watching Farren try to resist her was so fun. Whe

A quick read, shapeshifters and kingdoms.
Iloria found herself married to Farran, to save herself when the High Lord jilted her to marry the one he loved.
Now they try to start their married life together.
Love the chemistry between them and the smutty fluff.
Another great one from Moira Rogers! This is my favorite series from them and this one is my favorite from the whole series. Review coming soon...
