So, I was actually going to put this book off until later on so I could get to other books that have been on my to-read list longer. But, I kept coming back to the summary over and over. And, eventually, I just couldn’t stay away any longer.
But I didn’t just go in. Oh, no. I was dragged in. Next thing I know, I’m sucked into the world of Milly Taiden’s brain. It’s a wonderful place. I kid you not. The sexiness behind her writing had me panting. Her humor had me besotted immediately.

Hot Shifter Story. This hot shifter story was a quick, fun, and HOT (did I say hot yet) read! Sophia is a geeky scientist who is searching for the cure for shifters. There was a lot I enjoyed from this story, with a few things that bothered me just a tad. First, this is book one in the series, but there were several times throughout particularly the first half of the book that I felt like I had missed a story and that was a little distracting. I also thought there were some unanswered questions in the end and that it happened a little too quickly; I think it could have benefited from an epilogue.

First off, Milly Taiden comes across as an author you want to be friends with. She is hilarious! I love a healthy dose of humor in otherwise serious situations. I am not comfortable being a wreck the entire book, so humor is soothing.

After reading several reviews and excerpts from Sharp Change, I couldn’t wait any longer and finally just grabbed it. I am so glad I did. The first chapter had me laughing so hard that my kids thought I was losing it. I love romance novels that have comedic relief. Let’s just say that Sophia is full of humor.

I love werewolf stories. I really do. I like the idea of a pack like structure. In reality, we all live that way to an extent, so it makes sense. I also like the way male wolfs, particularly the Alpha that takes charge and protects his pack. Aaaanndd...nine times out of ten, he's pretty hot too. Am I right?

Milly’s writing flows well that story was easy to read and I couldn’t stop till I reached the end. Sharp change is a short story which is action packed and full of plenty of romance. It is a very fast paced read as the characters are put into a situation that calls for action straight away, and once they do there is no turning back.

This was my first time reading any work by Milly Taiden and I had a blast with this book! It was fun, exciting, funny, and very sensual with a very entertaining paranormal story. Any fan of the romance or paranormal genre will enjoy Sharp Change!

The book was good nothing that encourages me to go out and by the next book in the series,because I was interested in the dynamic between Sophia & Chase and never felt much for the secondary characters. The story was fun and interesting (if you can get over how outrageous the lab accident at the beginning was- I mean really? She gets stabbed by Both needles), But I had fun going along on the ride. Well worth reading
I was so excited to receive this book and after reading it I am even more excited to share my thoughts about it. For a novella, around 35000+ words, it had more impact and substance than some of the recent full-length novels I’ve read. This is my first books by this author, but I can’t wait to more by her.

Deliciously steamy, this sexy little tale had some of my favorite tropes -- unrequited love (well, lust, at least), mating heat, and a plain/realistic heroine.
Some of the steamy elements felt a bit gratuitous, but honestly I think that was just me being cranky when I happened to pick this up.
A fun, sexy read perfect for these cold fall nights.

3.5 stars. I am sorry, but I truly was not feeling this book, The leading character was getting to be to much for being so worry of everything and wining. It was more like WTF! For me it was enough. But Chase, yum, very delectable. I apologize to Ms. Taiden, if I have offending you with my review.
Well this was a smokin' hot book! I was drawn into the Chase and Sophia tornado of passion....sucked me in and left my head spinning...LOL!

Way over the top shifter story. There was a lot of action, but no emotions. There was a lot of things happening, but it was pretty boring. The characters went from pretending not to like each other to being naked to being mated to (view spoiler) within the span of days. Read only if you like a lot of action, but no real substance or connection to any of the characters.
Sophie ROCKS! This was such a fun read! I enjoyed the heck out of it, especially the HOT, HOT, HOT scenes with Chase! Ms. Taiden has given us a rocking first book of the Black Meadow Pack! Can't wait for Book 2!!!

The story was a good one. However I felt that there was very little character development and things moved at a ridiculously fast pace. Other than that it is a good 2-3 hour read.
Sophia is a smart, sexy scientist. I loved that she was super smart. I love seeing the not-so-popular girl get her man. Chase is the sexy alpha. It's written with a lighthearted flare, which made this a fun, sexy little romp. Very much enjoyed it.
Sexual tension, humor, 'man-candy', kick-ass fight scenes, what more could you want?! Sharp change is a great story. Sophia is a smart, funny, sweet heroine who I found to be very likable. There was more than one time that I laughed out loud, or held my breath waiting to see what would happen to her.
