I read Wife 101 & it was great, but I must say Husband 101 was amazing. There were times I had to stop reading because I was getting too emotional. These two books are a must read for every new couple, married couple, just men & women in general! Can't wait for Couples 101!

This weekend I finished Wife 101, purchased a copy of Husband 101, and loved how it started where it left off from the first book in the series.

Eric Hayes inside thoughts are so witty and personal, but to get into his mind on how men think especially about all the women in his life. Jay short for Jacqueline Johnson sees him as a target, but for Eric, it's temptation that he believes he has under control; Lena, baby mamma drama hits the scene once he gets married to Amber; Amber is the love of h

To say I was excited to read Husband 101 by A’ndrea Wilson would be an understatement. Since reading Wife 101 (which was released in November 2011), I have been telling everyone I know about Wilson’s work. Husband 101 continues the story of Amber and Eric who are now married and expecting their first child.

Eric thought he knew all there was to being a good husband but when Amber urges him to attend the Husband 101 at her church, he realizes that he was deeply mistaken. Eric’s ambition to be a s

( 4.5 stars)Husband 101 by Andrea J. Wilson seamlessly presents two books in one, a captivating contemporary novel and a study guide into the complex characteristics of love. It follows newly-wed husband, Eric Hayes from the Wife 101 novel who is persuaded by his wife to take a class at her church before the birth of their first child. By all intents and purposes, he was a great guy, ambitious, and family-oriented who loved his mother and took care of his responsibility of raising a daughter ...more

A'ndrea surely didn't let me down with Husband 101. She brought the drama, love, and a little bible study. That Eric, he just had to keep going against his conscience every time. But that's what we as humans do in reality. I appreciate that A'ndrea brought some reality to the story. Everything that happened in this story I could see happening in this real world. That "Jay" was the devil herself. Amber kept it real as always. I like how she kept her comments to herself on some "if you don't have ...more

A'ndrea J. Wilson has become one of my favorite authors overnight. In her Husband 101, I continued to remain fascinated by the struggles and triumphs of couple, Eric and Amber Hayes. I admit that I immediately saw the trouble that was coming for this newly wed couple from the very beginning. Yet still, I was intrigued by the sudden twists and turns that surfaced. I was taken by surprise at one point but that's what I love about this author. I'm so glad that this 3-book series was recommended to ...more

After reading Andrea Wilson’s Wife 101, admittedly, I was anxious to see what she could contribute to the literary world as a follow up. Would she be able to weave an interesting storyline using the same characters while telling a tale that has that customary nugget of wisdom? In Husband 101, Ms. Wilson doesn’t disappoint.

She delivers a story from the male perspective, blending the components of humanity, forgiveness with just the right touch of drama to keep her readers turning the pages. Picki

I read Husband 101 just 2 days after reading Wife 101. I'll be honest, I was a little nervous reading Husband 101 because this is about us "men." Well, it took me a day and a half to read.

Dr. A'ndrea Wilson nailed it on the head when it comes to how men deal with temptation. If I had to add additional Bible verses for us men to read, it would be Proverbs 5 & 7. You'll have to read the book to understand why I would say those two chapters are recommended to men and women who read Husband 101

From Amazon:
This is a continuation of Wilson's book, Wife 101. The wife is Amber Ross-Hayes, who we meet as an independent and highly successful businesswoman. She is courted by 2 men, makes her choice and eventually marries Eric Hayes. Husband 101 takes us into Eric's mind/heart as they are newlyweds that are expecting their first child together. The title reefs to a church course that Amber encourages Eric to take and we go through all the newlywed thoughts, feelings, and regrets.
