This is Ethan Jones' second published novel, following the well-received Arctic Wargame. It continues the story of two Canadian Intelligence Service (CIS) Agents, Justin Hall and Carrie O'Conner, this time involving an assassination plot in North Africa.

As before, Mr. Jones proves he can write a good thriller novel, especially the plotting aspects. The story was well constructed and it served to advance the story arch of the two main characters. I also noticed the dialog was even better than the...more

Ethan Jones has followed up his fine debut novel, Arctic Wargames, with this sequel. He has crafted a more concise action packed thriller. In this sequel, the primary characters demonstrate an internationally adept investigation service embroiled in turmoil in the middle east.

The storyline is well developed, interesting, flows well from scene to scene, and does not bog down. I was intrigued at every level while I read this novel. It was really difficult to put it down when life's responsibiliti...more

TRIPOLI'S TARGET - 2nd in the Justin Hall Series.

I found it a good thriller novel and the story arch with the two main characters was an interesting read. At times some of it was over my head in the political aspects but it was interesting to read about another country and how they work their systems.
