Anyone interested in assessment and student affairs, needs to read this book. A great overview of how to use assessment in your work as an educator, but more importantly it delves deeply into the WHY assessment matters... and it is not about appeasing the Board of Trustees or donors... assessment helps foster student learning, which at the end of the day what the role of a student affairs educator is.
