The authors claim with their statement “You can LEARN how to be happy even if you are on a low income” that anyone can be happy. This book will provide you the tools to find happiness, even with a tight budget. You might think that this is one of those books with lots of unrealistic scenarios and false claims, but that would be wrong. This book actually makes sense, is easy to understand, and provides lots of ideas and tips you can use in your life right now!

This very short book (39 pages, or so Amazon says) seems to repeat many of the same general advise that you can find for free online. The chapters are short and easy to read...but then again, the authors just recycled the same drivel into tiny summaries about positive thinking, being realistic, setting goals, taking steps to be happy at work, etc etc. I know first hand that this sort of information can be found for free on lifehacker.com or other generic information sites. NOT worth the almost $ ...more
