Full of great Chinese-style recipes, this is a cookbook which should be on every cook's shelf who likes good stir-fry. Not only does the writer lay out the recipes, he gives you the foundation to make your own creations. Warning: you will be addicted to stir-fry after skimming through this book, and trying a recipe or two. And be prepared to buy a wok if you haven't already!
