What do I think??? I think if there is a word that is worse than "sadistic," "heinous," "ghastly," etc., Oba Chandler would fall into that category as well. Mr Chandler would marry and father children and then discard them as though they were nothing. He even stated family meant nothing to him. However, it is almost like Mr Chandler had two faces - charmer and beneath the intriguing, friendly manner lay a dark, ghastly secret. He was and is a sadistic torture and murderer.
