Seems to apply to current capitalist driven inner relationships. Discourage compounded, superficial hierarchy. With such knowledge, productivity combined with the dissemination of information to correct parties would directly lead to the increase in actual goals and the reduction of stress of ineffectual working relationships resulting in increased staff morale. The various class and power divided dynamics fuel the false belief of shared rule. I am excited to read this book, can you tell?

Some good ideas, but some of the ideas just get belabored for far too long. It's basically a new way to describe anarchism. (But don't tell anybody!)
