Cereal for Dinner, Cake for Dessert by Laura Wells McKnight 3.5 of 5 stars

After turning the last page, I wanted to pick it right up and read it again. Even with some inkling about how it might end, I eagerly devoured every chapter. It is one of those books that stays on the shelf because you just never know when you might want to pick it back up for a little (or a lot) of inspiration. It is a delightful read!

Part memoir, part journal. Fun to read about Johnson County life but a little disappointed in the overall message and style of writing.
