UniquelyMoi ~ BlithelyBookish

I was first introduced to HelenKay Dimon’s writing when I read her contribution in SEAL of My Dreams, an amazing anthology that contains 18 short stories centering around SEALs and their significant others. I enjoyed her writing and the ease in which she took us straight to the heart and soul of her characters and their relationships, and with Copy That I got more of the same. It’s a fast paced, action packed installment of the Harlequin Intrigue collection and I can’t tell you how much I enjoye

I literally bought this book today while checking out the book isle at Walmart. I was lucky enough to meet Helen Kay this past June and hear her talk at a conference. I think this is only my second book by her but i saw this cover with the um..... sexy TWINS on it and so that made me pick it up and read the back cover. I'm a bit of a sucker for military guys so i decided i need to read it. Sat down when i got home and started reading. This is kind of like two stories in one. It starts with Jerem ...more

Another great Intrigue read from HelenKay Dimon. What I love about this genre is that you are going to jump right in with the action. After a quick recap of your main players, Ms. Dimon starts your story out with a bang and you can only hang on for the ride. I loved the characters of Jeremy and Meredith, they both tried hard to be the best they could but hidden pain from their past holds them back. I loved

Very good book. Jeremy saves Meredith and then they go looking for his brother Garrett. They are attacked again just before they find him. With Garrett's help and that of his team and fiancee, they work to get away from the killer. But it seems that no matter what they do, the bad guys find them. They realize that there is a bad guy on the inside and must work to find out who it is, and stop the man behind him. I liked Meredith a lot. Because of her past, she has become strong in heart and able ...more

In that I’ve just recently discovered HelenKay Dimon books, I think I’ve been missing some great reads. Romantic suspense has never been so…well, suspenseful. This book packs a punch from the beginning, and that’s including the strong heroines and more-than-sexy heroes. About three-quarters of the way through, I was sorry that the hero’s brother’s story is also being told, instead of giving him his own book. I would have loved a second book about these Hill brothers.

Copy that.

This was a pretty quick read and one that I enjoyed a lot. This book follows Jeremy Hill and Meredith Samms as they try to stay alive so that they can act on their attraction that quickly became so much more.

Jeremy Hill works for the border control and has lately been working under cover trying to bring down a bad guy. Now that bad guy is in jail and wants Jeremy’s blood. Jeremy has a twin brother who works for the DIA and does black ops stuff so he’s got lots of enemies as well. After the under

In Dimon’s romantic suspense novel, Jeremy Hill has just returned from an undercover assignment as a Border Patrol agent and he’s headed to spend some quality down time with his twin brother, Garrett. But once there, he’s surprised to find a gunman and a drop-dead-gorgeous tenant caught in the crossfire. Soon he realizes that the attack was intended for his twin who is nowhere to be found. Struggling to locate his brother and protect the innocent bystander, Meredith, Jeremy finds himself sucked ...more

This was a three star for its excitement value and I am always up for a good twin brothers story. I liked the idea of the parallel couples and the confusion about which twin the bad guys were after and also the puzzle of who was the mole. But somehow I found but heroines kind of know it all and annoying and the 2 alpha twins - no they were hardly perfect- but I was like, why are they so wussy about the criticism? I did like that the girls were so capable and kick *ss but they were not very appea ...more

I loved this book. This is one that will keep you on the edge of your seat, or biting your nails…. It also has some heart wrenching twist that I didn’t expect. The action is intense, and the romance kept me smiling. This is another book I just couldn’t put down. I know I will re read this one.

Intrigue, HelenKay Dimon style! Starts explosively with the action and tension notching through to the end -- well worth the read.
