Provides a solid overview of entire requirements elicitation/creation process as well as a clear explanation of all stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities. Author makes a good case for: getting the right people involved in the requirements process from the beginning, holding a project sponsor kickoff, and doing pre-work prior to the meeting.
