Provides a solid overview of entire requirements elicitation/creation process as well as a clear explanation of all stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities. Author makes a good case for: getting the right people involved in the requirements process from the beginning, holding a project sponsor kickoff, and doing pre-work prior to the meeting. I provided some of the illustrations for this book, and have personal experience with the Joint Application Development Requirements Gathering technology. Ellen's approach is solid and this is a great source book.
