I enjoyed this quick read. Cole and Pepper are both interesting characters, and we get to know them pretty well, considering the chronological and page constraints. Pepper has enough skill and know-how to back up most of her bravado. She's a little too bent on proving herself, but I can let that slide given her family background. You can't expect anything too deep in a book of this length, but the couples are pretty engaging, the adventure has some fun turns, and I really liked the side characte...more
one of my first harlequins. it was ok.
Really enjoyed the book. Lots of comedy, some mystery, and lots of romance. Very well done!
It was a little more racy than I was expecting. Did enjoy the plot of the story. I like the little mystery that they had going with it.
This book is solid! Not too graphic, which is a big plus in my book! Loved it.
