I need to qualify my rating here...don't want to give the wrong impression.

I liked the letter. A lot. However, this isn't a stand alone work. At least not in my opinion. There are a few editing mistakes, but nothing that caused me to break my flow.

Letter's to Alhannah lets you experience more of Hobin's personality--his deep feelings and perspectives on some important life issues. My daughter isn't that old--but it had me thinking about her, as a parent. Very cool. It also makes me EXTRA curious...more

Jaime Buckley dedicates this book to "the parents of strong-willed children who know so much they won't listen to your counsel...even though you do it out of love and genuine concern for their welfare."

Thank you.

This is a priceless gem spoke to me I will be handing it to my children.

This was definitely a different speed and feel from the main story. It's even a leap from Demoni Vankil, which I think is a near-perfect story.

I loved this book for two specific reasons:

This is very good short book.

Was much frustrated for taking long to read because my work is taking much time. But I am happy i did finish, because I like it.

Fathers will enjoy because this is a personal view from Hobin to his daughter. Very touching and has funny parts too. Made me laugh--especially finding tooth in planter! Hah!

Am hoping more letters will come. Would like to read replies from Alhannah.

I give four stars.
