Another great installment in the Dark Warrior series by Donna Grant. Awesome reading. I couldn’t put it down.

First of, what I love about her series is that in every book we not only get a background story on the main characters, but every one of the characters in the past books come back and play a pivotal part of the story. They’re like a family that you want to know what’s going on with them and not be forgotten.

I’m not going to give a synopsis, but the story continues after the last one, Midn

Just when you think the Big Evil is dead!! Donna Grant continues her fabulous Dark Warrior Series with book four, Midnight's Warrior. Returning us to the wonderful world of Warriors, Druids and the battle between good and evil..

With Deidre's demise Declan has risen to power serving only one master but is totally committed to controlling the world. There is no crisis of faith here, this guy is nasty.. and as only true evil can be has a beauty that beguiles.. well that and his drough (the powers

Wow, okay i had a reading marathon i think and read Dark Swords series then went straight into Dark Warrior series.. how happy was I when i read series is to be continued this summer!

For those who dont know Dark Swords is set in the 17th century and the story of Warriors (Higlanders with a god inside them) fighting against the Evil Druid Dredrie(?sp)

Each Book is a romance/paranormal story for want of a better word, but the book do follow on from each other and i loved how we never lost sight of

There is one hell of a climatic ending to be found in Midnight’s Warrior. With four more books left in the series I am dying to know where Donna plans to take her sexy Warriors and their clever Druid women. Once again I am thankful that I have the next book in the series waiting for me to grab. I have full intentions of immersing myself in it at the next available moment.

Readers learn in Midnight’s Seduction that Ramsey is a different type of warrior that his brethren. The thing that makes him

Donna Grant delivers in the latest installment of the Dark Warriors series. Everything that has been building up to this point finally reaches its precipice and Grant really makes this book shine. With tons of action and a sweet, but also scorching romance, readers will sure be thrilled by how this series is coming to an end.

Saffron, the Seer and heroine of the last book had a vision that brought Ramsey and Tara together. When it is said that Declan is looking for Tara

In the fourth book of the Dark Warrior series, we return to the war between Warriors and droughs in modern time Scotland. Evil has once again sought to destroy the warriors and their Druids.

Tara is a Druid who comes from a family full of droughs, a Druid who consents to serving the devil. After many attempts to turn her into a drough, Tara flees her family and into the clutches of the most dangerous drough of all. She escapes and has been running for ten years until she meets Ramsey. Consumed by passion. Conquered by love.

Midnight's Warrior is Donna Grant's the fourth book of the Dark Warriors series; like its predecessors in both this series and the series before it, Dark Sword, I deeply enjoyed this story. This is an amazing book, again, like its predecessors; the plot is extremely interesting (extending from Dark Sword), the theme original and cool, the setting is as enchanting as time, the mood thrilling on so many different levels, the irony too damn funny, the confli

"Midnight's Warrior" by Donna Grant. Book 4 in the Dark Warriors series.

Really really enjoyed this installment in this series. Great action. Lots of magic. Great chemistry between the main characters Ramsey and Tara.

Ramsey is half Druid and half Warrior. His people were destroyed by Deirdre centuries ago. Now that Deirdre is dead, Ramsey is assigned a new mission; to find and protect the Druid Tara. Their enemy, Declan Wallace, wants her and that can only mean bad things for Tara. When Ramsey fi

MIDNIGHT'S WARRIOR by Donna Grant is another sizzling paranormal romance/fiction for this author. Book 4 in "A Dark Warrior Novel" series, but again can be read as a stand alone, although,I would recommend reading where it all started "The Dark Sword"series. See,"Midnight's Master","Midnight's Lover", and "Midnight's Seduction" for the "A Dark Warrior Novel" series. Tara,a Druid has been in hiding for years in modern-day Scotland, now a tour guide in a remote Highland castle. Ramsey MacDonald,a dan ...more

I really enjoyed reading this fantastic romance adventure. I loved her characters. Ramsey and Tara. Here is a short review, I do not want to spoil the story for you! For the last ten years Tara has lived a life on the run. Ramsey MacDonald has a new assignment, to protect Tara. He worked as a handy man at the castle so I could keep an eye on her. He will try to get closer to her and both will start to trust each other. Sparks

The MacLeod warriors and Druids have decided to end the evil druid Declan Wallace, who had brought Dierdra forward in time to help him dominate the world. While no longer able to see his plans through with the woman of his choice, there is another. Sweet Tara has been attacked by first her family and then Declan to join them as evil druids...NO WAY! Well two down and the hunt is on for the cure. But it came with the loss of some liked explored characters. I would have liked to see a book from Braeden's point of view, even if a novella, due to the fact that he had been a male druid raised in the castle to manhood, and let's face it he was the only human there as Malcolm was always wrapped within himself hiding from everyone. Heart breaks for Malcolm still. Hope we get to see the new baby before the end of the series. Should be born in the ne ...more

Oh man oh man! Was loving this until I hit about 72% or so and then decided yep, I hate the heroine in this one. I was in shock. I had a feeling Tara was some how tied into Ramsey's clan but man, why did it have to go there? *sighs* I mangaed to finish it and am still wondering if Declan is really gone or will he come back like Deidre and whats going to happen with this Jason? If you've made it this far in the series, YOU ARE Sooo HOOKED. What I'm finding about this entire series is how drawn into the storyline you'll become. The imagery from each story is like watching a movie unfold and you'll be held captivated from the very beginning until the very end and then wanting to hop into the next book in the series. What I truly love is that when you are at a loss as to what to read next or are going through a slumpl you can pick up this entire series again and reread th ...more

Finally, the demise of Declan Wallace has come forth. I can't be more happier. It just takes a Torrachilty Druid/Warrior to end his life but with collateral damage, of course. As the old folks always say, the downfall of one evil is the rise of another. In other words, the battle of the warriors does not end here, and I can't wait to have my hands on Midnight's Kiss, which is about Arran MacCarrick and Ronnie Reid. Anyway, the story is simple, but I am fascinated with the historical facts that D ...more
This book gave me a new appreciation for Ramsey, a character that I never really connected with before. I found myself really enjoying him by the end of the book though.

I did figure out the magical connection with him and Tara before it was revealed in the book though, but I still enjoyed it. Sometimes it's nice being right:)

I did not see the tragic end for a couple characters at the end of the book and I'm sure it will have an effect on the future installments of the series.

This was again a very good series. And I loved the fact that it started with the Dark Swords. Now I will probably look at the Dark Kings.
Have to confess though that I was just a little upset with Malcolm’s woman. If you look at the series, the women became more… naïve (by lack of a better description), as the centuries went on. She did improve though; have to give her credits for that.
I don’t think I can really pic one character or couple who captured me. They all have that special something for

Well written, thought out, hottest love scenes yet, fast-paced filled with excitement, romance, humor and emotion!

I loved it, can you tell?

The mysterious, on-the-run Tara combined with the well-planned-thought, slow-to-anger Ramsey were just too perfect. Their romance was slam-jam-thank-you-Mam'am hot. The camaraderie these Warriors and Druids had for each other were touching and endearing. Such loyalty made immortallities fulfilled and much needed support when fighting evil...

Good storyline which continues from the last book. This is the story of Ramsey and Tara. Ramsey's secret was known in the last book, and this continued as he searched for his source of magic while protecting Tara, who was a clear part of Saffron's vision. Though I am a bit confused about Tara's power and those magic ribbons wind around she capable of the same magic as the Torrachilty druids? This was not explained well, I think, along with any mention about Saffron's pregnancy.

This is such a great series. I've enjoyed everyone of the books.
In the book Ramsey MacDonald a Warrior/Druid afraid to use his magic because of his God is sent to save Tara Kincaid. Tara a Druid who's afraid of her uncontrolled magic has been running for ten years from her family, her magic and Declan. The chemistry between these two is smokin hot and magical.

I can't help it. The Dark Sword and Dark Warriors Series are just one of my favorite series. I agree that "balls tighten" all too often and at times horniness pops up at the most unfortunate times, buy hey... I just love them warriors and druids. Also at times, names of characters get mixed up but I guess that's slight editing mistakes and one knows who is meant while reading....
amazing story... Ramsay is amazing and Tara is his perfect partner .their story had me turning pages faster than any other in the series and I've already turned them faster. and I'm sure that I'm gonna re read this many times.
since Declan is dead now I'm curious to see what evil they're gonna fight.
I'm more than impatient for the next book to be released
