Well. This book is not what I expected at all.

From reading the available blurbs and back cover information on this book, I was anticipating a self-help sort of work which gives you more or less specific things to do or think about that would change you for the better, maybe a few quizzes to see where you stand and what you can work on.

I must admit this isn't usually a book I would pick up or choose to read. I've never read any type of self-help book before but figured I've been avoiding something that I do not know if I like or not. I really liked some of the ideas presented in this book. Especially those chapters on fear and death. However, for me personally, the book was too general. There were a lot of different topics and since it's rather short all are presented in some kind of overview. This might be a good start to think about our daily life but a focus on certain key topics would have provided more insight for me.

I did receive a free copy from the book from the author.

I thought the book was okay. I enjoyed some of the inspirational messages and quotes in the book. But over all not real sure yet how memorable it is for me to make a difference in my life.
