The best way to sum up When it Snows would be to say it's truly magical! This is an extremely simplistic book but what makes it so special is the fantastic illustrations, that transport the reader to another magical world that is full of adventure and sparkle! There aren't too many words but I think it's not about how much is written but how powerful those little snip-its are.
