A interesting short read. Jothan is given the title Baron of Darkwood and sent to make the lands profitable again after the king tires of hearing of his loose sexual behavior. Upon his arrival at the castle he sees all the problems that need to be fixed.It's also then that he has his first run in with the creature that lives on his land.
