I just finished my rough draft of this, and it ended up being WAAAY more intense than I thought it would.
It was fun to be in the head of the "bad guys" for a huge portion of the book...

"Yeah. The real thing. Two months ago Voodoo was a joke and part of Addison’s love of Scooby-Doo. Now Voodoo changes lives, gives people gifts, and locks shadows into a world that shouldn’t exist."

I really, REALLY loved this trilogy. Loved how Jolene writes seemingly effortlessly from one viewpoint to another from book to book, how all of the characters and their powers and stories piece together. A very original concept. SO glad I got to be a beta reader for these!!! :-)
I was sucked into the Shadows trilogy earlier this year when I read Insight. Then I immediately read the second book Manipulation. I thought Seeker wasn’t going to be released until much later in the year, so I was extremely happy when I just happen to see it up on Amazon a few weeks ago. Seeker turned out to be a great ending to the trilogy.
