I won this book in a Goodreads Giveaway.

The protagonist just didn't really do it for me. I suppose that my minimum knowledge of this workforce just didn't keep me interested. But it was by no means bad writing.

reading the book is like walking down memory lane, as it brought imageries of not only the book's setting but also of a project I used to work on. I could well relate to the main character, and I remember having superiors who guided me and treated me like their own child or sibling. I also love that the story was focused on its intended topic and has less of a romantic side and an even lesser part of steamy scenes.

Intriguing cerebral account of a young engineering professional entering corporate America. It could be said that it is a "coming of adult age" story with good suspense. The protagonist must leverage humble blue-collar work ethics and polish them into a more flexible white-collar acumen if he is to endure and accomplish his goals.
