Recommends it for: parents reading with their children
I'm not sure what to think about this book. It's an interesting take on grandparents, giving examples of many different types and explaining how they can be near or far, have simple nicknames or funny, be strict or easy-going, etc.

But I would expect that the intended audience is younger children and the book is far too long to keep a young child's attention. It almost seems as if this book were written for the grandparents themselves (perhaps to read with a grandchild), but that doesn't feel ri

This book was quite humorous in the pictures and lines were quirky.
