This was a very good book, very emotional. Sashi had just finished a job in Alaska to earn money for the down payment on a dance studio back home in Virginia. She and her best friend were attacked by a bear, and her friend was killed. Sashi was badly injured. She had briefly met Cole and was instantly attracted to him. He was one of the people who rescued her and is now helping to take care of her. She can see in his eyes and by his actions that he is attracted to her too, but he seems intent on ...more

This is the story of a dancer,Sashi, who has gone to Alaska to make some big money along with her girlfriend. They get attacked by a bear and Sashi is badly hurt but is rescued by the Dr. she had met at the lodge. They both have guilt issues to work through and are afraid to get close other than as friends. This story is heartbreaking and adventuresome and I loved it.

WOW! This was a deeply moving, emotional book. Yes I cried in parts of this Beautiful Love story. By the title I knew something would happen, but don’t let that stop you from reading this book. The author does not just jump into the accident, she lets the story build itself up.

Cole met Sashi, and there was instant sparks of passion. He invited her on a date. The day that he was supposed to see her again, he was on a rescue mission, looking for her. He was a brush doctor, who would be called int

I found this book difficult to get through b/c I kept loosing interest. The on again/off again thing the doctor kept up was annoying. I realize why he was doing it, but after awhile I just wanted to quit reading.
The both had PTSD (hers was recent and his was 20+ years) and yet they both get better around the same time (they helped heal each other) - it was a good premise, but would have been better served in a longer book (Super Romance perhaps). To try to pack in all their issues and keep the s

As a young girl with a writer for a mom and three brothers, I lived in the imaginary world of books and movies like Anne of Greene Gables and Indiana Jones. Most of the time I was writing and acting out my own stories with Harrison Ford as my hero. Not too shabby for a seven year old!

I’m a lover of Europe who at twenty got the wild notion to buy an around-the-world plane ticket. For six months I c
