Win and Randy hooked up for one night 3 yrs before, but we don't see it, there are no flashbacks! Thank goodness.

3.5 rounded up. I have to say that Randy Lincoln is adorable. Unapologetic in who he is and what he wants, lover of eyeliner and lip gloss, flirty and funny. He’s also vulnerable and a little insecure, wanting his dream so badly yet fearful it isn’t going to happen. When he finally gives up on getting a part on Broadway, he comes to stay with his grandmother, the only member of his family who will talk to him, let alone accept him.

I wished it was a bit longer since everything seemed to happen too quickly. Win seemed like an awkward character and I liked that he was thoughtful and shy and Randy seemed like a really outgoing individual and together they balanced each other out. It was a nice short romantic read.
3.5 stars. Sweet short m/m romance about two guys living with their grandmothers, just down the hall from each other, who find they have more in common (including a shared past) than one would expect.

This story was fine, but everything developed to fast. In general this is a fine, light romance between Randy & Winston.
This is what I love in a Shawn Lane book...sweet characters, light and fun reading, and a happy ending.
I love Shawn Lane's stories and this one was no exception.
Nice characters, good writing as always, not much angst and I just adored both grannies! Such sweet relationships with their grandsons - that was really refreshing to read :)
