Well it was, weird reading about a hero who is not such a charmer with the ladies. The hero is a rancher whose life is turned upside down when the heroine a princess comes into town with her entourage that consists of his eighteen year old son, whom he knows nothing about. The heroine's friend spent a drunken night with the hero and never contacted him and now that she's dead its the heroine's responsibility to contact him. The book was decent, the heroine decides to go all in with him and is so ...more

Very good book. Belle has come to Montana to bring Ben to his father who had no idea that he had a son. Belle planned to stay around until she was sure that Preston could handle it and then go home. I really liked both Preston and Belle. Preston was stunned to find out that he was a father. At first he was angry that he hadn't been told, but immediately accepted that Ben was his son. He did not expect to be so attracted to Belle. When Belle and her group moved to the ranch so that he could get t ...more

Arabella, a princesss, arrives in Elk Creek, Montana with a job to do.
Preston McCade cannot understnad why a princess would be asking to see him. One look into Bella's eyes and he's asking her out to dinner. She finds herself postponing what she came to Montana to tell him.
Ben, her friend's baby, has lost his Mother. He has never known his Dad.
There are many relationships that change because Belle brings Ben to Montana to introduce him to his Dad.
A wonderful Christmas story of romance, deal

I enjoyed this. I'm not sure I get the whole princess-y thing--does it really add anything?--but a fun story.
Not a bad story. Just a little boring to me. No big conflict, no angst (and I do love me some angst), and I've never been real big on princess stories. This one was okay. ..just a little bland.
