This is a fascinating book. It is very well written with a wonderful blend of historical data as well as personal stories. It is hard to belief that this was written by a doctor not a psychologist. It is a powerful and personal study of how our faces drive our emotions and the power of a simple smile. It is easy to read and consuming.

This is a fascinating book about the affect one's face expression has on emotions and moods, not just how our feelings affect our faces. Eric enumerates all the studies that have been done as well as anecdotal evidence. He then tells extraordinary stories about his use of Botox to treat depression in his patients.

This was an interesting read, considering the fact that I usually don't read books like this one. I recieved my copy in a goodreads givaway, and the title was what caught my attention. I didn't know that the face could tell so much about a person's emotions. Anyway the book was interesting.

This book was about so much more than Botox! It was really well written, enjoyable and included interesting historical information and anecdotes. I enjoyed it very much.
