I purchased this book six months after it was published in 1997. It became my Bible. In 2011, I retired. I was just not willing to hang out with people who lived in a parallel universe thinking that employment in a school classroom as a teacher = effectiveness in a classroom as a teacher. A good fifteen years after this book "Results" came out there are still so many who teach who know nothing about measuring the effectiveness of their own teaching or why that would even be important.
