This is a gripping story that will pull you in as it scares the crap out of you. Two big business work together to bring you death, injury, mental injury so they can make more money never caring how the people will deal with their loss and the pain they will cause. I picked this up on a whim and started reading it really for lack of anything else. This turned out to be a really good read. Overall this isn't really the most engaging subject matter. It's something that could easily bore or get too specific to remain interesting, but I never really got that reading this book. Yes it got kind of technical, but this was so well written I found myself just reading and reading.
There was a good mix of the human aspect and the technical - both SUV and tires.

This makes for compelling reading. The automobile companies of America of a frightening lot as are the tire companies. This should be required reading for anyone operating a motor vehicle.

Crooked corporations, crooked lawyers. Any of us could be a victim at anytime. No wonder we are where we are in our country.
