This is a whimsical book about a Canaan Dog that wants to fly like the birds and how she finally achieves her goal. The photographs are gorgeous, with Keren, the Canaan Dog star, in many of them. We see her as a cute puppy and as a mature adult, although still with a puppy-like attitude. Her stomping grounds are beautiful ponds and streams on Cape Cod (what a lucky dog!), and there are lovely photographs of the trees and birds that she sees there.
