I won this book through the GoodReads first-reads program.

I'm been vacillating between giving this book two stars or three stars.

I won this book on goodreads in a giveaway from first reads, and I would like to start by saying how much I appreciate having been chosen a winner and how informational and accurate the book was my hubby was pretty happy with the art:0. I do however want to add I didn't like the pictures in the book were bland with no color. Great book on the basics of sport massage. I loved how it went beyond just talking about giving massages by covering when and how to give appropriate massages to improve performance and recovery. I also liked how it spends time showing you how to open up the feet and hands. Overall I liked how it went beyond just the basics and added a little something more.

I am giving this book a 5 because it helped out with things I knew nothing about when it came to massages. My son is going into Occupational Therapy and so I am sending it to him in hopes it helps him out as well. I was actually able to use some of the techniques on my husbands bad back and he loves it. thanks very much for this giveaway win goodreads.
