Witch Wanted, need not apply, you're true mate will find you...

I have to admit I do not read much paranormal romance so I am surprised how much I like this book. The story begins with Aryiah educating herself on Wicca at the library due to strange feelings and dreams she's had for quite awhile. She is about to become someone of great power, a witch with a coven and charged with protecting the citizens of Ovialell--a new amazing world of witches, shape-shifters, wolves and vampires. She will als

Ok Tish Thawer I must thank you for this captivating fantasy world you created in Aradia Awakens! Some hot scenes between the main characters kept me turning the pages for more as well as colorful dialogue had me laughing out loud! Looking forward to more!!
Finally, I managed to have some time to write my review of Aradia Awakens by Tish Thawer! I was patiently waiting for the third and final book of the Rose Trilogy, when I realized that Tish will release a NEW series! What the F&%$! I want to know what is happening with Rose and Christian!!!! Anyway, I graciously received an offered to read and review this new series and at first I was so blinded by the fact that I will have to wait until 2013 to read Death of a Black Rose that my goal wasn't ...more

A wonderful brew of Goddess's, and shifters, vampires, and Amazonians, even the Fae. I am so glad I got the chance to read Tish Thawer.
The paranormal world was very well described to the point that I could draw a map of Ovialell. I can't pronounce it but I can visualize it LOL. Tish had me completely engaged in this novel to the point that I could not put it down.
I adore the main characters of Aryiah and Damarius. The way he treats her and loves her is what every woman wants in the perfect partn

I was very caught up in the uniqueness of this novel and the accurate mythological background that was found worked into this very unique tale. By the end of this novel I felt like I would have walked into the world that the author created and found my way around with little to no trouble. The dialogue in this novel fit well with the story and was never forced or drawn out. The characters spoke like real people. They
also lived the lives of real individuals, highlighted with Thawer’s unique meth

Well...That was Steamy. *Fans self* Review Coming Soon!!

Aradia Awakens is Tish Thawer's first Adult title, and let me tell you, this author can write some really steamy scenes. But that's not the only thing that makes this book amazing—I think the main thing that should be noted is the rich setting. The world of Aradia Awakens, (just like in Prophecy's Child) springs to life with all sorts of magick.

If you're looking for an adult read, but with a little extra something (that extra topping bein

Five Shining Stars!

Devin is the crazy slutty best friend who is always trying to get Aryiah out and about,

From start to finish I was sucked into the story and could not put it down. Even at work I would sneak a peak on my phone just to know what happened next. I loved it and I can't wait for the next one to come out!!'

It took me awhile to get into the world and the characters in Aradia Awakens. However, once I began to understand the characters and the world, I became intrigued with the setting and story line and find myself looking forward to the next installment in the Ovialell series.

The story of Aradia Awakens begins with a woman, Aryiah who begins have some odd experiences. One of these odd experiences is a hot man appearing in her living room and telling her that she is a witch and it was
Oh Man!! This was a great story! At first I was a little annoyed that the chapters were so short, it seemed like every time there was a scene or perspective change there was a new chapter. I quickly got over that and didn't even realize the changing of chapters because I got so involved in the story.

You have a girl, Aryiah, that has an intense dream that all she can remember from is the word Wicca so she takes her BFF to the library to do research on the subject. Years past she had done some si
Aradia Awakens is a good paranormal read. If you like reading books with vampires, wolves, demons, fae and goddesses then this would be a good book for you. The story kept me interested from beginning to end and I have to say when it comes to relationships in this book everything is fast paced. I know in books when mates find each other the bond is instant but I just wished in this book we got to see the characters together a little longer before the panties and jeans came were flying off. Aradia Awakens is fast-paced, engaging, refreshing, and a must read. The characters are done well. They feel real, and I love how her bad guys are as much multi-dimentional characters as everyone else. In fact, one of my favorite characters in the book was a bad guy.

I like how the book starts… with her fantasizing about dessert. It's so comical, considering her surroundings. It makes me immediately become enamored with the main character, allowing the reader to quickly become engaged, invested i
