Tati has a very simple life that she has grown accustomed to. She works as a cashier at the local grocery store and the most important person in her life is her older, sophisticated and glamorous older sister. But then Tati meets Roy and things start to change for her. Her own life is looking up, but will her older sister allow it?

This was a quick read. It was okay, but I found that the author's note about the inspiration for the story was more interesting than the book itself.
