What a great compilation of secularist versus "God Expert" throughout history. Eye opening battles between sectarian and secular. Wow!

I loved it! The way the book sets up the story of each of the twenty opponents of the religious establishment by an informative explanation of the national and international settings in which they lived (or are living) makes the reading so much richer. I have learned a lot from this book, and not only the specifics of the individuals here chronicled but also fair chunks of the history of their respective nations. I will definitely be sharing this one with my friends!
