This book has really helped me. I learnt that I am not the only one who faces the kind of problems I have. It taught me to let go of the negative influences in my life and embrace the positive aspects.

I wish I could describe how this book has influenced my life more eloquently. All I can say is, if you have depression or are even just feeling low. This book is a great help. You're not alone.

What I appreciated about this book was that it was full of common-sense tips to distract yourself from all those things that mess with your head. I already do a lot of these things, so it wasn't quite as helpful for me. I think it's worth reading though and I'll probably dip back into it for inspiration later.
