I really love the concept of this book. It gives some very helpful practices that one can adopt to improve your workplace. The use of the game metaphor is very apt and using it to tie in most of the practices works well. I especially like the point of making things like meetings an opt-in as opposed to mandatory.

I found the discussion about adopting triads really practical and plan to use that I'm the future.

Some really good stuff here, but I really didn't enjoy the style (of writing) in this book. Also, 2/3 was already (too) familiar to me personally, but I'd still recommend this for the good parts (tribal learning, triads, everything is a game).

Great book. At first I was put off a bit by all those scrum analogies. But in the end all pieces fell together nicely.
