"Never Let Go" by Thacher E. Cleveland is equal parts heartbreaking and gruesome. Like all the best horror writers, Cleveland writes about identifiable people with genuine emotion, who happen to find themselves in fantastic situations. Thacher E. Cleveland is a strong new voice in speculative fiction. Check out his work now, so that you can say "I read him before he was famous."
This is a wonderful first entry in a series EVERYONE should be reading. The characters are set up well, the imagery used is outstanding, and it leaves you wanting more! Good job, Mr. Cleveland!
Fun to read. The characters grab your interest right off. A nice short story to entertain you. Before I was even done reading this story I wanted more of Winston and Churchill!
Great short story that quickly develops interesting characters through action and dialogue. I look forward to learning more about them and seeing further exploits!
A very good read. Looking forward to more adventures with Churchill and Winston.

Thacher E. Cleveland grew up in Montclair, NJ. He moved to Yellow Springs, Ohio after school and stayed for about 15 years, selling books and comics for most of that time, even becoming a co-founder his own shop, Super-Fly Comics & Games.
