I really enjoyed most of the prompts but some of the prompts were similar or even the same ones just repeated in each chapter. I really don't have much else to say about this book -- it just didn't thrill me. I have opened some and they spark ideas and really get attention but this one seemed a little boring.

I was hoping for a newer approach, but I enjoyed reading the journaling. It reminded me of some memories I need to get into my scrapbook.
