Great book if you are looking to learn about what you are eating. I read this book years ago when i first started eating organic and caring about what i put in my body. The author is a vegan something i am not and never will be but this book does open your eyes on how what you are eating effects your body. Definitely changed the way I eat forever.
Fascinating, and yet frigtening book as far as exposing the realities of living in today's world - the 'SAD' diet, convenience foods, pesticides, poor water quality, etc. Enjoyed re-learning some things i already knew, and learning new angles of thought and avenues to travel.
