Ms McAdams is poignant and thoughtful in her reactions. She reminds us to never try and block memories. Even if they maybe painful. Everything that happened to you made you the person you are today. Teresa's bitter sweet memories of her past childhood. Reopened my path to remembering my childhood, holidays and schooldays, past friendships, pets i have loved and lost who had no job but to keep me company. There are no page numbers you can just open the book and begin reading at random. Teresa sho ...more

I was given this book by the author for review.

This collection is certainly thought provoking, its value priceless in that the lessons reach into the heart in the hope of steering it to wisdom. The book recalls events and re-evaluates what we can learn from our actions - hopefully for the betterment of our lives.

Worth a look.

The book has no headings, no paragraphs, no page numbers. Events are arranged unchronologically.
I received this book free through the goodreads FIRST READS program.
