I am a fan of Jamie Wasserman’s and of course vampires in general. I also really enjoyed Blood and Sunlight book 1, so I was happy and eager to read book 2. Also since Jamie provided me with a free copy in exchange for a fair review and I provided him with my book for the same.

I thought Melanie was a great vampire of the female persuasion and I enjoyed her boyfriend (and maker) Keenan as well, so I was also happy to spend more time with them.

Kirsten Tyler's mother died when she was a baby, and if that wasn't enough a horrible home invasion happened when she was five that took the life of her brother and father. She had been hiding in the closet when it happened, and while she was admitted to the hospital for a severe loss of blood, she really never knew what truly happened. She was taken in by her aunt Sophie and uncle Martin, and while they were good to her she couldn't help but look forward to the nights because that's when her an ...more

Angel Moon is the sequel to Blood and Sunlight: A Maryland Vampire Story. Keenan and Melanie have watched over and protected Kirsten for three years after the violent deaths of her brother and father; she now lives with and being raised by her Aunt and Uncle. Kirsten sees Keenan and Melanie as her guardian angels, they visit her at night through her bedroom window, tell her bedtime stories and leave her birthday and Christmas presents. Then they left her to grow up and live her life. Not underst ...more

I've been waiting for this book since I read the first one, specially because my first review was not the best. I must say that this sequel delivers. I love the characters growing even though I hate Melanie and if she"s taken from the sequel I wont argue. Keenan has become a part of my heart, he has a big heart and as Stravos said love Melanie much more that she loves him.

Don't forget to read firstBlood and Sunlight: A Maryland Vampire Story and follow with this one, I finished in a day. Looking

Good reads win: I really liked this book. I think it was well written and many people would love it. The main character Kirsten is really interesting. The story is a bit of everything sad, funny, and quirky. Recommend to all.
