I liked the story but I also felt like it was more an introduction than the whole, complete plot. Travis and Aaron are living together, but even if Travis is in love with Aaron, he is behaving more like a caretaker, a role he picked up after the death of his brother Timothy, who was friend and guardian angel of Aaron. INCONGRUENT ANGEL is beautifully written by Cherie Noel, who has a way with words and phrasing that prove she has tremendous talent as a writer. That talent is just beginning to grow and I see evidence of the continuing evolution of her writing style in this book.

1.5 stars. So-so short m/m romance about two members of a popular band who have a messed up personal history. A photo shoot and a car accident combine to bring things to critical mass. This just felt like it was all over the place and then it ended abruptly.

Butcher, baker, candlestick maker…ummm, eww, every chance I get, and I surely would if these damn characters would ever shut up.
