Shelly Lynne is passionate about vegetarian cooking, Here you can find 31 simple and unique salad recipes. I love eating fruits and vegetables and believe that everything we eat has influence on our health. I like that saying in this book: “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”

Shelly inspired me and I made Avocado and Brown Rice Salad. It was delicious.

My wife and I are not vegetarians, but we enjoy Shelley Lynne's books (this is the second we have read). She explains everything very clearly, and the dishes are extremely easy to create. Yet she often adds something that makes the dishes just that little bit special. Check out Aunt Donna's Specialty Salad in this book to see what I mean.

I never thought of a salad as something that needs a recipe. I just dump ingredients together. But there were some pleasant surprises here.
